Celebrating the Upcoming Opening of Concorde at National Landing
In 2026, a new landmark will open its doors in the heart of Arlington, VA — Concorde, a 12,000-square-foot conference and events centre that promises to become a vibrant meeting ground for innovation, diplomacy, and culture in the Washington metropolitan area.

Atelier Oluwatosin’s founder, Tosin Odugbemi Hoskins, played a significant role in shaping this project. Partnering with A+I’s architecture team, Hoskins led creative direction across branding, interior design, signage, naming, digital experience, and narrative strategy. From the project’s earliest strategy sessions through its tactile and visual execution, she served as a bridge, translating stakeholder vision from JBG Smith and JLL into a cohesive and resonant design experience.
Every element was considered. Hoskins developed the name Concorde alongside the JBG team through research, strategy, and engaging workshops, designed the visual identity and logo, curated a custom photography direction, and established the brand tone and customer journey for the space. Her work extended into signage and wayfinding, interior architecture consultation, and story-rich environmental design — creating a venue as sophisticated as it is intuitive.
Situated just steps from a new pedestrian bridge that is planned to connect to Reagan National Airport and the forthcoming Amtrak station, Concorde is poised to become more than a meeting space. It’s a destination — one that unites the region’s aerospace and technology players with artists, diplomats, and visionaries from around the world.
This project exemplifies the spirit of Atelier Oluwatosin: design that is thoughtful, integrated, and built to stand the test of time. It’s a celebration of collaboration, of detail, of brand as environment — and we can’t wait for you to see it.
