Design a flagship location in Denver, Colorado, that marries the historic elegance of Denver Union Station with Snooze's joyful and inclusive energy. Create a space that embodies the brand’s vibrant personality while enhancing the customer experience through strategic design.
THE RESPONSE
Our strategic process began with a comprehensive business strategy for the location. This included on-site research, visits to multiple franchise locations, stakeholder interviews with company leadership, and ethnographic studies to uncover customer desires. These efforts guided the development of key attributes that became the foundation for our design decisions:
Delightful Waiting: A space that enhances the experience of waiting for trains and tables.
Commitment to Quality: Celebrating Snooze's fantastic food and responsible practices.
Friendly Atmosphere: Highlighting Snooze’s reputation for having some of the friendliest staff in the industry.
Vibrant Energy: Capturing the playful, boozy charm that makes Snooze unique.
The final design merges neon lights with vintage chandeliers, pigment-charged hues with natural woods and metals, and layered textures with bold colors. The result is a dynamic environment that reflects Snooze’s lust for life and passion for responsible morning dining while adding an elevated flair to their existing brand identity.
