Nicole Fisher Interiors

THE ASK

The need at Nicole Fisher Interiors was for a long-term brand, editorial, and digital partner during a period of rapid evolution. The firm required a cohesive, scalable narrative system that could support growth across platforms, press, commerce, and a forthcoming office expansion into a new city.

The mandate was to translate founder Nicole Fisher’s point of view — rooted in fashion, culture, and interiors — into a disciplined omnichannel presence that built cultural authority, sustained visibility, and measurable business outcomes without diluting the brand.

THE RESPONSE

We assumed full stewardship of the Nicole Fisher Interiors brand ecosystem, operating as strategic editor-in-chief, creative director, and growth partner.

Our work spanned brand strategy, content architecture, social execution, long-form thought leadership, website narrative, analytics, internal systems, and performance oversight. Rather than treating platforms as isolated channels, we designed a braided ecosystem where founder voice, firm positioning, press, commerce, and culture reinforced one another.

Key areas of execution spanned the full creative and digital ecosystem. We led social-first photography and videography, shaping imagery and motion specifically for platform-native performance while maintaining a refined, editorial sensibility. Art and creative direction ensured visual cohesion across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints, reinforcing a recognizable and disciplined brand language.

We designed, maintained, and continually refined the website as a narrative asset, optimizing structure and copy for SEO and AEO while ensuring full ADA compliance and long-term scalability. Omnichannel content planning and execution translated strategy into a consistent publishing rhythm, with each piece of content designed, produced, and scheduled to work in concert rather than in isolation.

Our role also extended into product photography and e-commerce launch support, aligning visual standards with commercial goals and coordinating inventory placement between active projects and items made available for sale. Social analytics informed an ongoing growth strategy, enabling us to assess performance, recalibrate priorities, and focus on meaningful engagement rather than vanity metrics. Throughout, we developed and protected the brand’s editorial voice, handling copywriting and narrative refinement to ensure every touchpoint reflected Nicole Fisher Interiors’ point of view with clarity, restraint, and authority.

We also led several high-impact initiatives aligned with firm growth and revenue strategy, including the launch and monetization of Substack, the rollout of a furniture and décor e-commerce platform, quarterly content days, event creative direction, CRM automation via ManyChat, and the development of a marketing funnel model aligning reach, leads, discovery calls, and proposals to revenue goals.
