THE ASK

Design a professional and approachable brand identity for Hoisthope Inc., an Albertan healthcare recruiting agency. Convey respectability, ethics, and kindness while clearly positioning Hoisthope within the medical field.

THE RESPONSE

Our approach to Hoisthope’s visual identity centred on creating a modern yet timeless wordmark paired with a monogram submark. We chose a classic serif typeface to establish an air of professionalism, softened by organic and flowing lines that reflect the brand's warmth and human-centric mission. The wordmark’s tagline, "Healthcare Recruiting," incorporates a subtle ECG line—a thoughtful nod to the healthcare industry.

The design balances minimalism and meaning, ensuring it communicates authority while remaining approachable. To support the brand's presence, we curated a palette grounded in psychological principles to evoke trust, calm, and care. Our guidance on photography emphasized honest, clean, and natural imagery to align with Hoisthope’s values.
