THE ASK

Camarillo Spine & Nerve Institute (CSNI), led by Dr. Edmond Dooman, is a non-surgical spine and nerve practice serving Ventura County. Clinically respected and referral-driven for over two decades, the practice had evolved, introducing advanced BTL technologies such as Emsculpt Neo and Emsella, expanding into neuropathy care, and positioning itself as a broader wellness institute.

Yet its digital presence and visual identity did not reflect that evolution. CSNI required a cohesive brand refresh and a full website rebuild to clarify differentiation, elevate perceived value, and align its online presence with the warmth, credibility, and results patients already experienced in person.

THE RESPONSE

We began with discovery and audit, evaluating CSNI’s existing brand assets, digital ecosystem, competitive landscape, and growth ambitions. A strategy session clarified the practice’s unifying philosophy: restoring function. This became the narrative spine of the brand — connecting decompression, neuropathy care, pelvic floor support, posture, and core strength under one clear promise.


From there, we refined the visual identity to reflect calm authority. The previous circular seal was replaced with a streamlined typographic system and abstract spinal mark. The new mark is more refined and digitally scalable, and the new brand palette is warm, grounded, and clinical without sterility.


The website was rebuilt from the ground up, improving discoverability, simplifying hierarchy, and guiding patients through clear service pathways. Dense medical language was reframed around outcomes and education. Calls to action were clarified around consultation booking, while messaging was calibrated to attract wellness-literate patients aligned with the clinic’s value proposition. Rather than relying on volume of information, the new structure prioritizes clarity, trust, and conversion — positioning CSNI as a modern institute rooted in evidence-based care and long-term mobility.
