AMODAOS

THE ASK

AMODAOS is a cultural wellness platform founded by Dr. Monte Oyd Harris, a physician, holistic thinker, and built environment researcher. Rooted in neuroscience, spiritual intelligence, and Black culture, the brand explores how care of the head, the home, and the inner life restores wholeness in an overstimulated world.

As the vision expanded, AMODAOS required a cohesive system to translate its intellectual, spiritual, and cultural depth into a legible, scalable structure across research, digital presence, product, and future spatial expression. The challenge was not simply articulation, but integration — bringing together clinical credibility, spiritual resonance, and cultural intelligence without diluting any dimension.

The platform needed to support multiple modes of engagement, from thought leadership and consulting to e-commerce and cultural programming, while establishing a clear position in the market.

THE RESPONSE

We approached AMODAOS as a full-spectrum platform, building the brand across positioning, narrative, business model, and design. Our work began with research and practice positioning, clarifying AMODAOS as a cultural and intellectual framework rather than a traditional wellness or medical brand. We defined its role within the broader ecosystem of design, health, and culture, establishing a foundation that could support institutional partnerships, public engagement, and commercial growth.


From there, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy, including tone of voice, messaging architecture, and long-form copywriting across web and brand materials. This extended into portfolio curation, shaping how Dr. Monte Oyd Harris’s body of work is presented as a coherent trajectory toward a larger vision.


In parallel, we built out the visual identity system, balancing clarity and authority with mood and depth. The typographic and colour systems were designed to carry cultural resonance, avoiding the clichés of both wellness and medical branding while remaining accessible.


Beyond identity, we worked closely with the client to structure a path to market. This included an e-commerce strategy for the Oyd capsule collection, pricing model development aligned with luxury positioning, and broader business consulting to define revenue streams, launch pathways, and operational considerations.


The work culminated in a comprehensive brand bible and a fully designed and written website, translating the AMODAOS vision into a clear, navigable digital platform.
