Create an inclusive brand identity for Althea Branton, a skincare brand dedicated to helping Black and Brown skin thrive in all its beauty and glamour.
THE RESPONSE
To capture the ethos of Althea Branton, we began with an extensive color study and mood board to externalize the client’s vision of inclusivity and fluidity. The result was a curated palette that reflects the diversity of skin tones while maintaining a sense of elegance and harmony. This foundation informed the design of the logo—a sweeping, minimalist mark that embodies the timeless and infinite qualities of the brand. The logo, with its clean lines and understated beauty, was carefully designed to perform across a variety of applications, from digital media to packaging.
We expanded this foundation into a complete brand identity system that includes a bold font selection, a thoughtful brand voice, and visual elements that celebrate intersectional experiences. Each component was intentionally crafted to reflect Althea Branton’s mission of fostering glamour and empowerment for Black and Brown skin. The final identity achieves a balance of simplicity and sophistication, creating a brand that resonates deeply with its audience and stands out in the skincare market.
